About the Class

New to Pilates? You may have decided to start your pilates journey and you are looking for a great place to start! Join us for a beginners Pilates class to focus on regaining your strength and activating your core. This class is for absolute beginner's with no expectations and no pressure.  Some props will be used in the class like resistance bands and pilates balls but generally just your body weight will suffice. The journey is different for everybody and the important part is just to start! There will never be a dull moment in this class that's for sure! Look forward to seeing you on the mat!
