This class focuses on linking together the movement and breath to create a 'vinyasa flow'. Every class feels different as the posture order varies from class to class. Poses include sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, back bends, and core isolation poses. Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely, learning correct alignment, and connecting the poses to the breath as students move in a fluid, controlled motion.
