With over 25 years of dance experience, Jennifer brings a deep passion for movement to every class. After a back injury in high school she struggled to exercise without pain or reinjuring herself, until she discovered barre. She fell in love with the practice's unique blend of strength, grace, and mindfulness. Trained at Physique 57 in New York City, Jennifer has dedicated her career to helping others build strength and finding the fun in fitness, while honoring their bodies' needs. A proud Santa Cruz local and mother, she channels her lifelong love of dance into her teaching, offering classes that empower all while having a little fun
