My name is Lorenzo Lawrence. I was originally born in Los Angeles, CA before I was relocated to the East Coast.  There I was raised in Durham, North Carolina (home of Duke University). I never would have imagined a life as a yoga instructor but here we are and I love it!  I love the ability to serve people that look like me and to assist in their spiritual health journeys.  I see it as a privilege and an anointing on my life, and I look forward to continuing to do the work and serve my community.  I'm excited to share space with you all when you make it here to "The Yaad" and can't wait to continue to see the safe space that we are creating continue to bloom and grow!! Asè
