I am truly grateful that I attended the Heart & Soul of Sound for our Nature’s Rhythms with my friend Jessica. The tea ceremony and sound bath hosted by Sally at the Seventh Chakra Retreat Center in Temecula was a truly magical experience. Under Sally's gentle and thoughtful guidance, the tea ceremony became a moment of deep connection and mindfulness, offering a sense of peace that lingered long after the last sip. Delicious vegetarian meals were prepared by owners of the retreat center, Priya and Peter. The sound bath that followed was equally transformative, with the soothing vibrations creating a space of healing and inner calm. The Seventh Chakra retreat location is a sanctuary of serenity and tranquility. Their dedication to creating a nurturing environment shine through in every detail, making the experience feel intimate and special.
