About the Class

Join us for a 75 minute introduction to a fluid, free, and spacious style of Yoga. Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' allowing us to fully immerse ourselves with breath and movement. Vinyasa improves coordination, strength, and resilience.   Class will be challenging, beginners are welcome as modifications will be offered but be prepared to work hard and challenge yourself.
