ParadigmONE dba Hazelbrook Community Center opened in January
2020 for the purpose of serving the Colorado recovery community in
a badass way! Initially starting with peer recovery groups, boxing,
fitness and yoga, we have since expanded our services to the
R.E.A.L Center, providing onsite case management, recovery housing,
peer support, a Peer Coach Academy, therapy and IOP, a monthly
Recovery Resource Fair and more! We also have a Transitional Safety
Zone program, which is a harm reduction model that supports
individuals in providing a clean UA as part of their transition
into sober living or treatment. 
We work with the justice involved, formerly incarcerated, are a
WAGEES partner, and walk alongside individuals seeking sobriety, in
early recovery and those in need of resources and support.
Hazelbrook Community Center and the R.E.A.L. Center services are
available to the entire recovery community at no cost.
