About the Appointment

In this session, the trainer will discuss with you what your health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition objectives are in order to help you make healthy changes.  The trainer will recommend a plan that fits with what your goals are.  Toward the end of the session, the trainer may run you through a few movement screens which helps establish where you are at physically.  Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and be educated by a trainer who cares and wants to see you succeed!
