LMT that specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, and injury rehab. I use a variety of techniques and tools, such as facilitated stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and IASTM to help achieve better range of motion, minimize pain, and prevent injury. My goal for every session is to help you get one step closer to achieving your wellness goals and leave feeling restored. I am proud to be a part of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC Sports Medicine team. I have also worked with some Olympic athletes and pro marathon runners in the past. I love being a part of the athletes journey and keeping them in peak shape. Outside of the office, I am a very active person. I love strength training, running, and hiking.
