Guided Breathwork + Cold Plunge

About the Class

This 60 minute session begins with 20-30 minutes of guided breathwork by our certified breathwork facilitators. Following the breathwork, you will have an opportunity to use one of our 4 Commercial XL Plunge brand tubs, and our large infrared sauna. Facilities are shared and coed. Breathwork Only Memberships may NOT access cold plunge or sauna unless purchased separate pass. This does NOT include Red Light Therapy. Must be booked separately.  Our cold plunges are chemically treated to ensure the utmost sanitary conditions. If you are allergic or sensitive to pool chemicals, such as chlorine, please speak with a staff member before entering the cold plunges.
