Lily is a Jacksonville, FL native and a passionate advocate for holistic healing and personal empowerment. She began her Reiki journey in 2020, training under the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage, and earned her Level Three Reiki Master certification in 2023. Lily’s approach is grounded in deep presence, intuitive connection, and the belief that healing begins with energetic alignment.In 2024, Lily expanded her offerings by becoming certified in Empowerment Coaching under Sandy Findlay. Her coaching work focuses on helping individuals break through limiting beliefs, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and take aligned action toward the lives they truly want to create.Lily’s mission is to promote a more loving and compassionate world—one session, one conversation, one energetic shift at a time. Through Reiki and coaching, she creates a safe and supportive space for others to heal, grow, and return to themselves.
