   I’m a Mindfulness based Somatics Coach, Master Sound & Frequency Practitioner, Somatecstatic Movement Facilitator, and Master Instructor of Sound & Vibrational Therapies based in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. I’m deeply honored to walk a path that allows me to weave together decades of experience into offerings that support healing, transformation, connection, and empowerment — both in my local community and beyond. My passion lies in helping others reconnect to their inner wisdom, align with their unique frequency, and uncover the tools they need to heal, grow, and walk the path their soul is calling them toward. This work is personal to me. Healing is sacred. Connection is everything. I believe in the power of good vibes, group intentions, and the kind of heart-centered support that ripples outward into the world.With over 28 years on my own spiritual journey, I’ve immersed myself in Reiki, Crystal Healing, Tuning Fork Therapy, Chakra Studies, Mindfulness, Meditation, Ecstatic Dance, and a wide range of Sound Healing modalities. I’m also a retired Massage Therapist and Esthetician, which helps me bring a well-rounded, body-centered approach to everything I offer.
