About the Appointment

Your session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals for a customized approach. Once you’re comfortable, Hillary will gently insert very fine, sterile needles into specific points on your body. The needles are so thin that most clients experience little to no discomfort, often describing a tingling or warming sensation. The needles will remain in place for 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your treatment plan. During this time, you can close your eyes, relax, and even drift into a meditative state. Many clients find the experience deeply relaxing, with some even falling asleep. The goal is to help you achieve a state of balance and promote the flow of energy throughout your body. After your session, you may feel a sense of calm and relaxation, with some clients noticing immediate relief from pain or tension. Our acupuncturist will provide aftercare guidance to enhance the benefits of your treatment, along with recommendations for follow-up sessions to support your ongoing wellness journey.
