Special Instructions

To ensure everyone in your party has a spot in the same session, please book each individual as our sessions have a limited capacity. If you have any difficulties with this, please contact our office so we may assist you in this process. New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Sessions start promptly at their scheduled appointment time. Return Clients: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure time to stow belongings in the lockers and use the restroom if needed. No food or drinks are permitted in our therapy rooms. Please read our Salt Room Etiquette and plan accordingly. No shows are subject to a $10 penalty.
