I created this class for people who wish to feel vibrant, strong, and youthful for the rest of their lives. This practice blends traditional yoga with elements of Qigong, marma therapy, and other ancient and modern healing arts to awaken the body’s natural ability to rejuvenate and heal. You’ll learn how to use essential props to support proper alignment, enhance flexibility, and protect the joints. Each class includes: Joint and gland exercises to keep the body youthful and light. Marma point stimulation to boost vitality and inner energy. Strengthening, stretching, and balancing asanas, a mindful sequence of forward bends, backbends, twists, and supported inversions.
