Melinda “Mindy” Bolo was born and raised on the island of Lāna’i and has been involved in sports throughout her school career, winning 2 MIL championships and placing in States twice for Wrestling LHES. She has carried her passion for fitness and exercise by sharing her knowledge through coaching various sports. Crossfit has been her hook to plugging herself into a fitness community that works as a team to see a workout completed. With a background of crossfit coaching for adults and kids, she has found her time invested as a great contributor to her approach for fitness here on Lanai. With her AFAA certification for group fitness, Mindy hopes you join her for one of her TBC class' to experience a full body funcitonal fitness class to help improve your everyday life by building up your physical stength and cardio capacity as well as building friendships in the class enviornment!  Mindy is also a certified Silver Sneakers Fitness instuctor sharing fitness to the kupuna of Lanai.
