Inner Space is 6,000 sq ft of tools, experiences
& support unlike any other in Des Moines. Leveraging the
energy and knowledge of a community of over 100+ carefully curated
practitioners, Inner Space will activate your human experience as a
whole - mind, body and energy. 
Our facility includes a large 1,300 sq
ft movement room and event space for masterminds and retreats,
Des Moines' first Himalayan Salt room, a meditation lounge,
classrooms and multiple studios for private and semi private
sessions with qualified body and energy workers, coaches, and
others of numerous 1-1 modalities.
