Beginner Tai Chi (Zoom)

About the Class

Ideal for those with little to no experience with Tai Chi, or who have studied previously with another instructor. There are many styles of Tai Chi, and variations within each style, so differences in practice are common. However the goal is usually the same - to develop better health and well being through mindful movement. We combine Qigong and Shaolin muscle and sinew exerices, then proceed to basic Yang foundational principles, and finally work on the Yang 12 Short Form. Join us for Healing Movement for Every Body!
