

Barre is a total body workout that incorporates strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a low impact class format. Barre classes combine elements of Pilates and yoga with elements of dance through work at the barre. Light hand weights and various props are used with high repetition of low impact moves. Each class will incorporate movements to target the low body, upper body and core. You’ll feel the burn and work up a sweat in Barre by working tiny muscles you didn’t even know you had. This is a great class for a total body workout. We recommend taking this class once a week.
Please remember our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, you will lose your class. If you are a NO SHOW, you will lose your class. Our instructors have created a class just for you! We look forward to seeing you in class. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle to class so you can stay hydrated throughout your session.
