You'll work through exercises to build deep abdominal strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility while also using Tower springs and bars to offer assistance or added challenge to refine movement, deepen engagement, and enhance alignment. Perfect for all levels, this class offers personalized modifications to meet you where you are—whether you're new to Pilates or looking to take your practice further. Expect a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more balanced. We suggest adding this class at least once a week.
All packages have an expiration date. Packages are non-refundable. Single private session expires 30 days after purchase. 5 private sessions package expires 90 days after purchase. 10 private sessions package expires 6 months after purchase. Intro offer expires 60 days after purchase. Please remember our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, you will lose your session. If you are a NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL you will lose your session. We understand life happens so we kindly ask if you know before the 12 hour window, please early cancel to also accommodate those on the wait list. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class.
