

Everyone needs this class! Restorative does not mean 55 minutes of feet in straps. It means we work on those tight areas, we stretch and strengthen them to be able to recover from workouts and recover for the next. This will also challenge you in your flexibility and core strength. This class is great for a midweek stretch or a way to finish the week and head into the weekend. We recommend this class at least once a week. Intensity Level: 1-1.5
