About the Class

The movement of this class combines yoga with cardiovascular and weight and resistance training for total body conditioning. During class you can expect to use various hand weights, body weight, resistance bands and other props to build strength. The last 15+ minutes of class is spent in deep restorative postures. This class is part of our faith based classes. All faith backgrounds are welcome.. We recommend this class twice a week. 

Special Instructions

Please remember our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, you will lose your class. If you are a NO SHOW, you will lose your class. Our instructors have created a class just for you! We look forward to seeing you in class.   Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class. Bring a water bottle to class so you can stay hydrated throughout your session.
