Meditation Studio

Our 1st-5th grade youth class that focuses on the ABC's(Agility,
Balance, Coordination) of athleticism. Foundational drills to have
them develop a strong baseline of a hard work ethic and the
discipline to stay locked in during training, games, practice and
even school & Home!!
