Intro to middle level plyometrics. Begin to load body with weight/ resistance bands to increase force production. EXPAND WORK CAPACITY!!!! UPPERCLASSMAN- All above with w/ weight overload. Begin to train sport specific to simplify transference of drills to competition. Advanced plyometric and lateral movement training to increase change of direction efficiency.
