PLEASE NOTE: A Credit Card and Phone Number must be saved on your profile at the time of booking. Any massage appointment booked without them may be canceled. Please call our office (859) 809-7258 with any questions or if you need to book without paying due to a gift card or cash payment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. Massages must begin on time to give you the full service booked in your slot. Upon completion of booking this appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. - Late Cancel, less than 24 hours, will be charged a 50% cancellation fee - No Shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee - Late cancellations are not automatically issued a refund.
