Special Instructions
It is important to hydrate before, during and after your EE session. Please wear comfortable clothes and refrain from wearing any perfumes, lotions or essential oils. We provide ear plugs, water, and blankets for your session. We also have sleep eye masks available for purchase. Feel free to bring your own. It is also important to detoxify after your session with a detox bath. The detox bath recipe is available on our website, www.healthybodyhealthysoul-la.com, under the FAQs.
