This class combines cardio based elements (like kickboxing, jumping jacks, etc) with traditional yoga asanas. It is a 45 min HIIT based class so we will get our energy pumping then bring it back down with flowing movements and holding poses. The playlists are mixed with R & B, rock, reggae, and techno music to keep it interesting. No two classes will be alike and modifications will be offered to help tailor the class to each yogi. You will be sure to sweat and have a great time!
