Slow mindful movements will ignite body awareness and pave the way to revitalizing the body & the nervous system. This class will focus on opening up the body & mind while bringing peace and relaxation to the mind, with gentle yet intentional movements to reinvigorate the body. This moderately difficult practice will offer many modifications, and weights are optional.
Bring yoga mats, blocks & straps if you have them. These items will be available for your use (for $1 cleaning fee) and for purchase as well.
