S o m a t i c T h e r a p e u t i c Y o g a f o r P a i n , B a l a n c e , a n d R e n e w a l This 60-minute group session offers a slow, soothing practice for pain care and gentle rehabilitation. Grounded in integral postural alignment therapeutics, the class weaves iPath Yoga Somatic Movement and fascial release to nurture balance, ease low back pain, and support injuries. Gentle, somatic-inspired poses are paced deliberately to enhance body awareness and restore comfortable movement. A subtle transformation may arise through mindful intention, breath, and a sense of connection to self and others. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a restorative, injury-conscious practice with compassionate guidance. We have all the props you’ll need.

Special Instructions

A note on parking... Parking spaces are limited. Please plan to park in the Waverly Street Garage, less than 2 blocks away. The limited spaces onsite are marked as 15 minute or 2 hours.  If one of those is available you can park in them, regardless of how long you plan to stay, they are not monitored.
