Stacey is the founder and operator of The Happy Seed Company and a certified Ikigai Life Coach dedicated to helping others find purpose, balance, and fulfillment in their lives.  Stacey is certified in the following: Floral Arrangements, Herbalism, TCM Practitioner, Event Planning and Retreat Organizer.With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Stacey’s career evolved into the IT sector with a billion-dollar global software/database company, where she experienced firsthand the relentless demands of corporate life—long hours, constant pressure, and a growing disconnect from personal joy and well-being. Realizing there had to be a more fulfilling way to live, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery. This background in managing hotels has allowed her to bring events and retreats to the gardens.This transformation inspired her to create The Happy Seed Company, a space that blends her passion for personal growth, wellness, and community support.
