🎉 Special Party Instructions Please review the following information to help your birthday party run smoothly and ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience! • 🎂 Party Length: All birthday parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes of fun. • ⏰ Start & End Times: Parties begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Because another party may be scheduled after yours, we kindly ask that your party is packed up and ready to leave by the end of your scheduled time so our staff can prepare for the next celebration. • 👋 Arrival Time: The party host family may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party to set up decorations and greet guests. • 🤸 Gym Equipment: Only children participating in the party may be on the equipment. • 👶 Children Under 4: If any children under the age of 4 attend the party, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the gym floor during all activities. • 🪑 Party Area: Your party will have access to: – Two large rectangular tables – One smaller square table • 🍕 Food & Drinks: All food and drinks must remain in the waiting room. • 🚫 Gym Rules: – No gum during gymnastics activities – No piñatas permitted • 🧊 Refrigerator Access: A small refrigerator and freezer are available if needed. • 🎉 Table Setup: Two tablecloths are required for the large tables. Please bring them with you for your party setup. • 🚫 Decorations: To protect our facility, taping, hanging, or attaching decorations to our waiting room walls or windows is not permitted. • 👥 Party Capacity: Once a birthday party capacity package is purchased, it cannot be changed. If you have questions about party size, please contact the facility before booking. • 📅 Rescheduling: – Rescheduling more than 2 weeks before your party will incur a $10 transfer fee – Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the party date may result in additional fees • ❗ Refund Policy: Birthday parties are non-refundable, but we will always do our best to work with you if scheduling issues arise. • 💙 Staff Appreciation: Our instructors work hard to make your party special! Tips are always appreciated but never required.
