Optimize Physical Therapy

Optimize was founded in 2017 by Physical Therapist, Abby Rehberger. Optimize started in a single room therapy office where they performed treatments and sports optimization courses relying on renting nearby fields and gymnasiums. For 3 years Optimize traveled Minnesota teaching injury prevention courses to overhead throwers, ACL injury prevention, concussion management and injury prevention amongst dancers. During that time Optimize worked with numerous athletic teams ranging from baseball/softball, swimming, volleyball, soccer and high level dancers to improve injury prevention programming, sports optimization as well as treatment if and when injuries occurred. Three years later, Optimize Physical Therapy and Elite Sport Performance branched into it’s own nearly 12,500sf facility that includes 5 treatments rooms for physical and massage therapy, 2 weight rooms and a turfed warehouse with three full batting cages.
