About the Class

This class will combine deep stretching and hatha-based active movement. Alleviate stress within the body; growing your flexibility and relieving tension. This slow-paced style of yoga incorporates deep healing, asking you to hold postures longer and finding your unique breath pattern. Each class will highlight a different area of the body; stimulating the connective tissue to help build flexibility, circulation, and muscle recovery.
