Our Hot Yoga sessions blend breath and movement in a heated environment (approx. 95–100°F) designed to help you detox, increase flexibility, and build strength. In this class, experienced instructor Randi Bechtel guides you through a powerful, flowing Vinyasa sequence that builds toward a peak pose — with plenty of options to modify or intensify based on your level and energy. Randi’s teaching style is fluid, intuitive, and rooted in self-respect. Whether the vibe calls for a slower, more relaxed flow or something more energizing and dynamic, her classes create space for you to connect with your breath, your body, and your inner strength — free from comparison or judgment. Limited to just 6 participants, this intimate format offers personalized guidance and a more grounded, connected practice — where your mat becomes your island and comparison is left at the door.
