Hi, my name is Freida and I have been a Reiki Master since 2020. I am honored to have been given the gift of helping other to heal themselves and I treasure this gift every day.  I am constantly learning and growing in my art, and I am now introducing Reiki to others to help and support many through their personal spiritual awakening and healing journey.  My passion is to help people slow down, just for a moment, in their busy lives by offer a warm, welcoming space to connect and heal with spirit and gain profound insights into your healing journey with Reiki.
