Vinyasa yoga is a style that is designed to flow and express creativity while strengthening and lengthening the body and mind. In a Vinyasa class, you will stay in a more constant state of movement. There is a focus on breath as well, encouraging a connection between breath and movements. This is a great style of yoga for all levels and all are welcome! No prior experience or knowledge of yoga is necessary. Mats, blankets, and blocks are available if needed.
