EMpower Wellness Training is a one stop shop to all your health
and wellness needs.  We offer a variety of services; daily
group fitness classes, individual and group personal training as
well as massage therapy services.  My name is Emily Vasey,
owner of EMpower Wellness Training. I am a Licensed Massage
Therapist, Ceritfied Personal Trainer and Health coach. I have
beein in the health and wellness industry for 20 + years and am so
grateful for all the knowledge I have learned along the way. 
I am honored to share the space with other personal trainers and
health professionals in the community.  We offer a unique, fun
and inviting atmosphere.  A place where people feel safe,
inspired and motivated to become a healthier version of
themselves.  Whether it's in a larger group class setting,
individual personal training or massage therapy services, my
mission is to EMpower you to make a change in your life towards
better health.
