Strength class will dial in and target a specific pair of muscle groups. Focus will be push/pull, upper/lower body, or whatever I seem fit within the rest of the weeks class schedule. example: If we focus on Push muscles on Wednesday (quads, adductors, chest triceps and shoulders we will focus on Pull muscles (Hamstrings, glutes, abductors, back and biceps) on Friday; or sometimes I may break it into Upper body focus/Lower body focus. Not only will we focus on larger muscle groups, but we always make sure to focus in on the smaller muscle groups to help with stabilization, muscular balance and to prevent injury. Equipment used: Barbells, DB's, KB's, Caple machine, TRX, bands, etc.
