Step Away From the Hustle and Bustle for 90 Minutes of Theraputic Healing! Ah, the 90 minute massage. This service allows your Licensed Massage Therapist the time needed to give your body the attention it deserves. Massage involves the manipulation of soft tissue (ie: muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia) through pressure and kneading muscles. Therapists most often use their hands and fingers, but if deeper pressure is needed, they may use their forearms and elbows for the greatest impact. Having the full hour and a half is a great way to get to the root of any issues and develop a plan to get you on your way to feeling great!
Special Instructions
What to Expect at Your Visit At your initial visit, you'll complete an intake form. You will then be greeted by your Licensed Massage Therapist who will take the time to chat with you to understand your health history and goals. The therapist will then leave you to disrobe to your comfort level and lie on the warm massage table. Once you are comfy cozy, the therapist will return to the room to begin your massage. At the end of your massage you'll be ready to take on the rest of the day, albeit a bit more relaxed! Book your massage today!
