This express option requires no undressing (just wear loose/comortable clothes) and uses no oils or lotions, so its the perfect option for those looking for something easy and quick, but still delivers all the benefit!

What to Expect at Your Visit At your initial visit, you'll complete an intake form. You will then be greeted by your Licensed Massage Therapist who will take the time to chat with you to understand your health history and goals. The first 15 minute portion will be completed in a professional massage chair where the therapist will target any areas of concern and warm up the muscles prior to the 15-minute stretch portion, which will take place on the massage table. If you would prefer a 30-minute stretch only, you may opt for this option as well! The chair massage portion will require some kneeling, so please let the therapist if know if any adjustments will need to be made for this session. Book your massage today!
