Yoga Instructor: Ellen studied at The Kripalu School of Yoga Restorative YTT. She studied under the guidance of Nicole Clark (privately)Ellen is certified in Restorative Yoga, Power of Touch, Reiki 1 and 2 and Yuen Energetics. Ellen also received her 200 hour Shakti Flow certification @At Om Yoga in Concord NH.Ellen grew up with RA and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease in the 90’s. She pursued a holistic approach to help both immunity issues that included energy healing natural remedies and gentle yoga. Through this Ellen helped to restore her immune system and the challenges that go along with it. She began to assist with energy work in Restorative classesFalling in love with Restorative Yoga she eventually decided to pursue teaching Restorative Yoga in hopes of helping and bringing peace to others. Ellen’s classes combine her love for energy work, breathwork, mantras and spirituality.
