Dr. Alyssa La Mendola earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico in 2022. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a chiropractic assistant, where she discovered her passion for hands-on, manual medicine. As a former volleyball player and dedicated gym-goer, Alyssa developed a strong appreciation for movement and performance, recognizing how the combination of manual therapy and intentional training can address the root of many musculoskeletal issues.She went on to earn her Doctorate in Naprapathy from Southwest University of Naprapathic Medicine in 2025. Her approach is rooted in a whole-body perspective, using manual therapy, corrective movement, and patient education to treat pain and dysfunction at its source rather than simply managing symptoms.Dr. La Mendola is passionate about helping others better understand their bodies and the importance of intentional movement. She believes true healing comes from a combination of hands-on care and strength, and she is committed to empowering her patients to take an active role in their health. Rooted in her faith, she views her work as a calling and strives to serve others with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
