hours in the Bluewave mediation room.  Session in the Energy
Enhancement System in a comfortable zero gravity reclining
chair.  Feel free to remove your shoes.  It is best to
leave your cell phone in the car during your session.  Please
respect a quiet environment.  Remember to hydrate before
during and after your session.  We will provide our filtered,
alkaline, hydrogen infused water during your session. 
Remember to take a dtox tub or foot bath within 24 hours of your
session.

Welcome to Samsara Energy and Wellness Center, located in the
historical City of Schenectady, home to the General Electric
Company and considered to be “The City that lights the world”.
 Anthony and Franca Durante, both natives to Schenectady
County, born and raised in Niskayuna chose Schenectady as their
wellness center location due to its integral history of creativity
and innovation.

The vision of Samsara was born to guide our guests on a
transformative journey towards inner harmony and holistic
well-being. Inspired by the cyclical nature of life, Samsara
teaches us to find balance and enlightenment through the
understanding that all aspects of existence are interconnected.
The concept and design of the space was inspired by the fusing
of Buddhist philosophies with Mediterranean cultures.  More
specifically Greek and Roman cultures who used thermal baths
as a way to retreat and connect with their community and both
Sanskrit and Buddhist philosophies sharing values related
to well-being, mindfulness, and the connection between the mind and
body.
Samsara Energy and Wellness Center is home to the 24-unit Energy
Enhancement System, which focuses on bio-photonic therapy and will
create a space for guests to experience our Blue Wave meditation
room.
