Awaken. Release. Return to your natural rhythm.  Join us for an experience held in our energy enhancement room. Through the ancient language of sound, Zelda will work intuitively with rattles, Crystal singing bowls and ocean drums. All designed to sense and locate areas of energetic, stagnation, restore Harmony, coherence and soothe and recalibrate the nervous system.  The experience opens with energy shifts and then culminates with a collective drumming ceremony.
