Indigo Sun defines wellness broadly. To us, wellness is
physical, mental, emotional, and interpersonal. Therefore, we've
created a space where we can explore and expand many aspects of
wellness, and hopeully have some fun along the way. Some offerings
will change over time with some tried and true staples staying
firm. We strive to bring you classes, events, teachers, leaders,
and experiences that will promote increased self-awareness, growth
opportunities, healing, and creative expression. We believe
everyone deserves to shine.
