Main Studio Rental  Event Rentals  $85/HR One Event $65/Hr per event recurring  4 Commitments on the Schedule   Per Week Rentals 1 hour (50 min) a week (4 hours a month min)  $45 per off peak hour rate $180/month due 1st of the month - Collective 4 Off Peak $50 per PEAK hour rate $200/month due 1st of the month - Collective 4 Peak 2 hours a week (8 Hours a month min)  $40 per off peak hour rate $320/month due 1st of the month - Collective 8 Off Peak $45 per PEAK hour Rate $360/month due 1st of the month - Collective 8 Peak 3 hours a week (12 hours a month min)  $35 per off peak hour rate $420/month - Collective 12 Off Peak $40 per PEAK hour rate $480/month- Collective 12 Peak 4 hours a week (16 hours a month min)  $30 per off peak hour rate $480/month - Collective 16 Off Peak $35 per PEAK hour rate $560/month - Collective 16 Peak   Details  Peak Hours 8am-1pm and 4pm-9pm $350 Refundable Key Deposit due at the time of signing 1 hour is 50 min class ( to give clean up time to each instructor) 3 month Intro Lease (intro Option) Option of renewing larger lease during this time. No Penalty.  If you are in an active lease agreement, booking a free event to market your class, space can be used for free up to 2x’s a month.  6 or 1 year lease options
