About the Appointment

Stress and overwhelm are part of modern life, and your body already holds the key to calm, balance, and resilience: your breath. With the guidance of our breathwork practitioner you will explore how the nervous system responds to stress and safety, and learn science-informed, body-based tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. Through a blend of breathwork, movement, and simple regulation techniques, you'll practice strategies you can use anytime, anywhere. You’ll also gain insight into how to create your own personalized toolkit to support ongoing nervous system health - whether you're managing daily stress, navigating burnout or anxiety, or simply want to deepen your connection to your body’s signals.

Special Instructions

If this is your first session with us, please access your client profile on Wellness Living using the link in your welcome email. Once logged in, go to the Forms tab and complete the client registration form and waiver form before your appointment. You may also print and fill out both new client forms on our website: https://www.healingsanctuaryexton.com/client-forms.  You may send these completed forms to our office healingsanctuaryexton@gmail.com or bring them with you to your first session. We also have forms in-office if needed (please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment).  * Please wear comfortable clothes for sitting and reclining in breathwork sessions. We have yoga mats, futon mats, chairs, cushions, meditation back chairs, bolsters, etc. Please bring a beach towel or sheet to cover your mat.
