60-Minute Private Yin Yoga Class

About the Appointment

Yin Yoga has been shown to have therapeutic benefits for both the mind and body. Private yoga sessions can be tailored to your specific mental health and wellness needs and goals. Joelene offers private classes that are designed with you in mind. During your private 1:1 yoga session, you will work with a compassionate yoga instructor who has training and experience with individualized yoga practice best suited to your mental health and physical needs. We will begin each session by checking in so that I know how to best support you. You can also expect to receive suggested practices to continue the work in between sessions. The benefit of a private Yin yoga session is that it’s made specifically for your needs! If you feel that you’re having a hard time connecting in a group class, or simply want a safer container that’s built just for you, then a private session might be helpful!
