As a Certified Mindfulness Coach, Joelene can give you personalized attention, guidance, and instruction in mindfulness so you can reduce your stress and find your joy! This initial intake assessment will be completed to gather relevant information to best assess your needs and goals before your first private session. While these sessions will be customized with you in mind, you can expect to be guided through some of the following: Yin yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness meditations.
