I have been practicing yoga for over two decades and can attest to the fact that yoga is truly the fountain of youth. Daily yoga practice strengthens our muscles, improves our posture, and clears our minds. It is a tool for a lifetime. I have an extensive background in education and working with individuals with mental health issues. Trauma can take a toll on our body, our mind, and our spirit. Through proper instruction, one can release these "chains" and find the tools to calm the mind and body.
